- Encourage Input/Ideas from the volunteers for how to contribute to this section of the work
- Agree upon a subset of ideas to work on
- Assign tasks to individual volunter or subgroups for work before the next meeting
- Agree/Setup the next meeting date and time and the goals for that meeting
